Week in review (Days 8 - 12)

It's been a crazy week... Unable to write daily but have been keeping up with my workout log on Beachbody as well as have continued being meticulous about entering my food daily. So instead of attempting to recreate each day, I will just sum up the entire week.

Exercising Overview

This week my exercises were:

Monday Day 8: Core Synergistics. Went ok. Don't hate it completely any longer
Tuesday Day 9: Cardio X. Groovy!!!
Wednesday Day 10: Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper: Love this workout still!
Thursday Day 11: Did Kenpo X. Stupid video kept goofing. Ended up doing it in the evening!!
Friday Day 12: Did not do anything this day. :-(

Food

With regards to food, I did relatively well all week. I was way under on my net calories the majority of the week. I am not eating enough to sustain the level of workout. In an ideal world this would be great if it equated to speeding up the weight/shape process but unfortunately that is not how it works and I foresee some weight gain in my future.  Have done really well with regards to water versus soda intake.

This week I was so exhausted every night that I had no energy to write about the days as it pertains to my journey to fit. Hopefully I will do better next week. Otherwise... I'll start doing weekly recaps.

Feeling good. Definitely seeing a difference in the way my clothes are fitting. Back in my Lucky Jeans again. :-)
