G'd evening mate!!! Well, it's freezing here in good ol' sunny Florida. I bee bopped out of my house this morning sans jacket thinking it would warm up and nearly froze my patootie off. Holy moly what is going on. I don't much consider myself a Florida gal but neither do I relish living in Florida, expecting some kind of warmth, and nearly freezing my appendages off.
Anywhoo... on with the work out day!!!
Exercise
Well, today was Shoulders and Arms along with Ab Ripper X. I woke up bright and early and did not feel lethargic. Probably because I knew I was doing an exercise I enjoy. I've mentioned it before but the length of the P90x videos can stress ya out because they are so long. Shoulders and Arms (S&A) feel like a quick work out but as the time ticks... I sometimes wonder if I am going to be on time to work. Anyway, I made just a few minutes past 9 am (my normal time) so it all worked out. Trying to keep all my reps between 12 and 15 so as I don't bulk (ha) so much as focus on the lean portion. With the S&A, I'd love to just lose some of this pitgina because it's the pits and does not look hot in a strapless dress. Ab Ripper was decent. I did not do as many reps as last time but I was ready to get in the shower and starting to worry I'd be super late. I shall try harder on Friday!! :-) Overall, LOVED this workout. Again, I love the strength building. Tomorrow is Yoga X and while that sounds pretty chill.... HA! My flexibility is no where near the point it needs to be at to continues the holds and bends required. Great thing is.... I'll be there before you know it!!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Grub a dub dub
Well, finished below my calorie goal HOWEVER... that included the "burned calories" so all in all, it works out. I had two coke zeros and drank (at this point) 4 ish cups of aqua. Still going to have more water before bed. My lunch and dinner were both quinoa, avocado, and veggies. My breakfast was two eggs and turkey sausage. Gonna need some variation soon I am thinking. Not because I am sick of the foods but because I am little concerned I'm not getting enough of the protein protein I need. Maybe we can start throwing in fish or chicken. We shall see. I normally have a very detailed menu plan when I am doing a Beachbody program but with Mark... pssssshhhh. foooogeetetaboutit. It's impossible. Mark and I made our Costco run tonight and we almost (almost) almost got a rotisserie chicken but ended up passing. They can be pretty greasy but boy oh boy do they smell delish!!!

Well... feeling pretty good. Really gave all today in exercises because I think I was feeling guilty about missing yesterday (even though I didn't miss I just moved around my rest days). There was quite a bit of chatter today with the fellow bridesmaids on our hunnies upcoming nuptials so that was exciting. Those girls are AWESOME and I know it will be a blast celebrating Amber and Tim's wedding. They are such the cutest couple. Was ordering one of her presents and saw all sorts of goodies on Victorias Secret. Almost made me want to be more of a girlie girl.... Almost... :-)
Anyway, feeling pretty good. Going to go and brush my choppers and get ready for bed. Yoga X will be here before I know it. Peace in the east!! Till tomorrow!
