Work it.. work it.. work it!!!!
Happy Saturday to you!!!! Since I sucked the big goose egg yesterday, I am determined to make it up. After verifying it would be ok with my BB coach, Brian, I confirmed that I would be doing a double day of Legs and Back, Ab Ripper, and Cardio X. Did the Legs, Back, and Abs first. My heavens do I LOVE that work out. Now keep in mind, I am happily using the modification for the pull ups (Thanks to Mark and his groovy set up). But even so... I swear.... I give 110% during this workout. I'm talking pouring sweat, soaked clothes. LOVE IT!!!! FANTASTIC!!!! I am going to do Cardio X a little later as my legs, butt, and back are feeling that groovy kind of pain that happens when all goes right!!! *** Update*** No Cardio X was done on this fine day. Nope uh uh didn't happen. Instead we rented Elysium and watched that. Can't stress myself over a missed workout. As Tony says... Do your best and forget the rest. Will do my best and not beat myself up when I miss a workout.

Had my normal breakfast today... Eggs, turkey sausage, coffee, and creamer (going to be reducing creamer intake). Had my protein shake after my amazing workout. After the first workout and the amount of calories burned, I have like 1200 even with my breakfast and shake... and that is not taking into effect the next workout upcoming. I think we are going to do chicken or fish with veggies tonight as a change up. *** Update*** We had tomato bisque soup, broccoli, and turkey with swiss cheese. We are doing the fish tomorrow! I ended the evening 567 shy of my goal. Had two coke zeros and seventy two ounces of water!!! Jigga Wha???

Love the way I feel after my workouts. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Tried on some of my dresses today in preparation for the shower and bachelorette party. Heavens do I hate dresses. I mean really and truly dislike them. But I LOVE Amber so I'll do whatever is needed!!!
