Day 7


Exercise
 
Okeedokee so I used today as another rest day in preparation for tomorrow's Lean Kick Off!! Plus I got some cardio throughout the day so I don't feel so bad. My calves were burning today but it was that amazing kind of burn.


Happenings on this fine day!
 
We hung out around the house all day and I did pretty much NOTHING, except for some laundry. Mark worked on the car for a bit and we had an encounter with a brown widow spider (that did not rate high on my fun scale). Then we ran some errands (if you wanna call it that from this chick's perspective as Home Depot and TWO auto parts stores aren't considered necessarily errand worthy. Kidding). Ended the night watching some of "Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters". We haven't finished it yet as it was past MJ's bedtime but I can already tell you... I love it SO much more than that blasted movie from yesterday.

The Eats!
 
Veggie and eggs medley were for breakfast along with turkey sausage. No lunch as I was still stuffed from breakfast. Din din I made some turkey and swiss cheese crescent rolls. I had three rolls, which I thought were going to do me in but it was not nearly as bad as I expected. Had three Coke Zero's and 4 cups of water. (EEK!!!). My intake for the day was still below my 1200 (lowered it to see if that helps). Had a grapefruit this evening to add a few calories. It will be aight!!!

Tomorrow will bring with it round two of Core Synergistics. Not exactly thrilled but am interested to see how much farther  I can go. Will let ya (me) know!!!
