Day 5: Discombobulation Day!!!!

Hi, Howdy, and Hola!!!!

Exercise Update (not going to be pretty)

Any doubt I had regarding the prime workout time for me and my body is now officially put to rest. I was super tired this morning and found myself dragging all over the place. It definitely wasn't avoidance because I was dreading my workout because this morning was Legs and Back, which is my favorite work out, along with Ab Ripper X, which is not but getting better. Before I knew it.. it  was near time for me to get to work and I realized that there was NO way I'd get a quality work out in time. So.. I just told myself that I WOULD get my workout in this evening.

So fast forward to this evening. The ugliest excuse making and procrastinations came into play. I mean I even surprised myself at the lack of motivation I was demonstrating. It was actually quite disgusting. By the time I finally got my butt around to getting ready (This was right after thanks to Mark succumbed to two milk chocolate peanut butter smidgens, compliments of his mom), it was 11 pm and I wouldn't have finished until after midnight and then I knew I'd never sleep. So congrats there Lizzie... Way to go winning the award for biggest pansy. By hell or high water, I will do BOTH Legs and Back, Ab Ripper, AND Cardio tomorrow.

Grubs 

Well, my diet is pretty consistent and regular. I eat the same foods every day. I know I will need to incorporate more variety soon, including more lean proteins like chicken and fish. I am going over on my proteins almost daily but that is because of my protein drink. I'd much rather go over on protein than fat or negative carbs. Anyway, because I did not work out I needed to be more cautious with my intake. I still ended the evening with 59 calories to spare... however... I did not do good on the kinds of food. My downfall today with my three cups of coffee WITH creamer (whopping 315 calories for creamer alone) and those two darn, but delicious smidgens with peanut butter (125 calories for TWO). Water intake was around 32 ounces. Coke Zero intake was two cans.

So overall... I'm feeling pretty good. As long as I bust out my workout in the morning, my motivation has been pretty good. However, if I skip the morning.... chances of my daily workout goes down drastically. My weekend workouts do not happen at 6:30 but I have been trying to get them in not long after waking. I think I might be coming down with something as I feel kind of out of sorts today. This regiment will go a month beyond the wedding so hopefully my results will be evident by wedding day!!!  Overall... all is good!!!!
